1FD = Ford Motor Co USA, incomplete vehicle
X = Class 7--26,001-33,000 lbs GVWR, air brakes.
F70 = F700 gas
H = 370 2V, OR 4V OR 2V low compression
5 = ignore, Ford use check digit
B = 1981 model year
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
J21973 = serial number
9A = White
153 = 153 inch wheelbase
F708 = F700 gas, 27,500 lbs GVWR (as shown on plate)

AT = Nutmeg all Vinyl ~ Full Width Seat
8 = Conventional Cab (standard cab)
