I don't think I did anything to get that but I like it. Maybe it was an Android Auto update? Just wish there was a button to turn off the wheel heat.
There is a button to turn off the steering wheel heat, it is in the climate menu on the right side, just scroll to that menu and it will be lit up when the heat is on.
Also, what changed on that screen with the update???
I don't use android auto so I don't know what it ever looked like.

Yes, I found the menu option but Id like a button like the seat heat/cool. Or a screen option i don't have to go searching for. There is an icon top left when it's on. Wish I could just tap that to turn it off.
The icons, time, and network info are now on the left side rather than on the bottom and top.
you didnt get an OTA update for sync, android has been rolling out android auto walk. thats what you got. see my thread on full screen carplay thats how youll know when you get an update.

Yeah, I noticed it looks like what you have bit I thought you had to do some hacking on your own to make it work like an F-150 or something like that. Anyway, glad to have it.

I originally used an APIM from an F150 to get the fullscreen stuff along with the Unreal engine. but I have since switched back to my SD APIM and used FDRS to update it. The updates will be coming via OTA but when I dont know. Some guys have gotten the GWM update, you must have the GWM update before the APIM update will come.

Is your truck telling you no driver logged in with the fdrs update? It asks for a PIN number, I also have driver Id in the mobile apps, and a tab for it in the sidebar menu 😂
