Missing/rough idle...vacuum leak?

Finally got it on a good scanner and test drove it looking at live data. I had #6 cylinder misfire. Changed the coil and plug and it runs great. All the other fake codes went away and had nothing to do with what the real problem was. From now on I will do same live data scan while driving before I do anything else when I have any problem.

Shop said it wasn't a vacuum leak, cleared the code and could not get it to reproduce. Now a thousand miles or so later, I see the code again.
...so...no leak...replace O2 sensor next?
