Recently removed the headliner from my 01 excursion for roof rust repair. Interior code is lh (medium parchment) where can I find a headliner material wide enough to redo my headliner. The rear part of the headliner measures just under 61 inches. In a bit of a hard spot here
You’ll most likely need to go to a upholstery supply to get a roll wide avd long enough. If you can remove it yourself you can take it to a shop and have them replace it. The actual removal and replace is pretty easy. I’ve done a few headliners but none that long. But the process is easy. The hard part is removing all the pillar plastics and lights console etc to drop the liner down

I already got it out. First time doing it. And by myself to add. Took an hour and 15 mins but I know my way around my truck lol. Problem is I cannot find anything in the right color online that is wider than 60 inches, I’m not scared of doing it myself, was just wondering where in the h$ll I could get the right sized headliner fabric.

look online for a upholstery shop fabric supply house near you or hit up a upholstery shop. They usually have it by the roll. Possibly a fabric store like Joanne’s can special order it
You are correct, I ran into the same thing when I redid my headliner in blue. Some colors are avail in larger widths, others are not. The headliner shop did a french seam on mine, (front to back) where the quarter windows are. If I had to do it again, I would've had the seam left to right where the headliner widens. Either way you just don't notice it. Hard to see in the first pic as there was shade.
I ended up just taking it to the upholstery shop I deal with on my boats. 300$ and I don’t have to worry about ***** lol. On a side note, I’m into car audio heavy and was wondering if it’s worth it to put sound deadening material in the roof while I have the headliner out
