Not sure where this one should end up... so I hope someone can help.....
A friend of mine has a 2000 Windstar... occasionally after parking the car and removing the key, the brake lights stay on. He has to put the key back in, start the van, and pump the brake a couple of times to trip the brake lights off. I'm think that it has to do with the actuator switch, but am not sure.... any ideas would be great.
