Basically, pull everything down, except you could leave the pistons in place like I did if the cylinders look good, clean out the block and oil passages, and replace lifters, cam, main and rod bearings. If the HPOP screen is broken and debris got into the HPOP, replace that, also.
You can sell it as a roller and let someone else build it up.
Low expense shorter term, get a salvage engine.
It's hard to do a mild rebuild because of the heads, studs, etc if you are thinking of selling it. And much depends if you are doing the work yourself. If you have to pay someone do do the labor, a roller or salvage can be the best choice.
