Newbie here
I'm about to purchase this 1960. It has a 223 and 3 speed that was converted to a floor shift. I don't have a lot of history on the truck but am looking forward to tearing into it. I'm sure I will have lots of questions as time goes by.

I'm sure you will. The costs of these projects all depend on what you what to do with it. Looks like pretty solid Flareside, if you're keeping the 223, look for a full syncro 3 spd out of a '63 or '64 to make driving easier.
