There should be up behind the passenger kick panel. But I'm having the same trouble with my 450. Can't find the damn things. I had no problem finding them on my 2019. I watched a YouTube video of a Ford Tech who had trouble finding them also, he ended up removing the BCM in order to locate the inside wires. They were tucked way up behind the BCM for some reason.
looking for help hooking up the pass thru wires behind the passenger kick panel. I have a 2017 F350. The wire are so short I would have strangled whoever is responsible if I had the opportunity. No matter how I contort my body I can’t get two hands down there to get a butt connector, wire nut or anything else to get a good connection. There’s just no room to do anything. Anyone have any recommendations on tools they’ve used, techniques, etc ? Thanks!

Just a thought, but if you remove the glove box door, would you have better access to the passenger kick panel pass through wires?
I’ll take another look at it today but I don’t think it’s really the problem. The passenger seat doesn’t back off enough to allow me to get my arms at the proper angle to reach in & hold the wires while installing a connector (Super Cab). I tried attaching a butt connector to the new wire then holding it with the crisper in one hand & trying to get it over the pass thru wire & then crimp it but so far it being a bad angle I can’t get a good enough crimp. Maybe a legit crimp tool & new butt connectors instead of a combo tool & old connectors. Wish I could get the passenger seat out. Maybe take a look.

Working in the floor areas of these trucks can really be a test to your contortionist abilities. A good stretch helps the back spasms.

It was a real pain when I connected the pass through wires on my 2019. The wires are way to short, and Ford didn't help us by not extending the wires to make it easier to get to them. I haven't found the wires on my 2022 yet as they are tucked up behind something and are not visible at all. I watched a YouTube video of a Ford Tech having this same issue on a 22, and he ended up removing the BCM to find the pass through wires on the truck he was working on.
I've given this some thought on how to get a connector on the wires for the 17-19 trucks (supposedly the wires are longer on the 20+ trucks) and I thought that an inline WAGO connector would work well, as you could reach up there with one hand and connect the WAGO. It's still not easy to get up there, but trying to get both hands up there is not easy.
