Spark Plug Torque

Okay, so looking around, and I want to do it right. What is the torque spec for spark plugs? 5.4L 2V engine. I've seen anywhere from 20-27 ft lbs. What is the Goldilocks number? Motorcraft Platinum too..

I use copper anti-seize and torque to 25ftlbs. I have 100k miles on 2 plug changes without any issue.
