So this is a new one...
It hasn't rained here since Sunday, Today, when I went for a drive in the sunshine, I caught something out of the corner of my eye.
A drip...from the interior grab-bar, driver's side. I checked the weather-stripping along the top edge of the door and along the windshield. Might not be in the best condition, but certainly not "worn" enough to warrant a leak.
This water would need to flow past the stripping, then onto the ceiling, in order to follow the grab-bar and drip out the bottom.
Rather than apply globs of silicone (that will only make it more difficult to remove, if required) I smeared a thin "caulk-line" of waterproof grease along all the seams, in hopes that this will mitigate the drip.
The POS GM I owned before this was notorious for leaking from the rear-cargo light, but that drip developed in the back seat. Aside from the GPS thingy on the roof of the Ford, I don't see anything in the vicinity that would cause a leak.

Do you have a sunroof? Mine occasionally leaks and drips out the passenger side grab handle. Supposedly there is a drain tube that runs down the A pillar that can come off. It's done it since new. And I recently had a new windshield put in and it still does it, so I doubt the windshield seal is screwed up twice. I haven't looked into it yet though. Don't drive it daily and it parks under cover most of the time.

No sunroof
It's just weird how everything was high and dry last week...leaking today!
It's most likely under the striping that you applied grease to, but if you have cab lights on top it could also be coming from those. Being a 2012, how's the rust situation around the pillars or the roof area?
My leak on my F350 came through the cab lights where rust started to form under the plastic gaskets, so with out pulling the cab lights out, I just used Marine grade silicone and smeared it around the light, but my truck is well on it's way to being too rusty to drive in probably another year.
I'm on my cell phone so I can't see the picture in great detail but what is the thing mounted to the roof between the center and the driver side? Could that be your leak point?

There is nothing mounted to the roof of this truck....no lights, no antenna, nothing other than the little GPS thingamajig, similar to the GM's "sharkfin"
I'm not sure what you're seeing...there's the rearview mirror and the driver's headrest visible through the windshield. There's a tree outside that looks like it might be growing out of the roof but I assure you it isn't.
The ONLY thing on the roof is the GPS thingy...nothing else.

I had the same leak from my grab handle/drivers side. I resealed the GPS thingy (XM radio antenna) by removing the grab handle, A pillar cover, visor to access the screws/nuts. Removed, re-sealed and my leak was fixed. I hope this helps. Oh, and as far as the cargo light, I had to replace the foam seal on it once but it was a drip coming in from above the rear window.

So the mounting screws for the antenna-thing are beneath the headliner in the cab?
