I wonder how bad the big tires will kill the driving feel, especially with the manual.

Just got back from a trip to Oregon. About 900 miles round trip. While there, I got a set of badlands wheels and bigger tires and installed them. No discernable difference in mileage even with the back full or the stock wheels. Average mpg was about 22.7 according to the trip meter.
New tires are 285/70r17 BFG KO2s. Like the wheel offset better too. Did notice the speedo is now reading almost 10% slow.
Very happy with the look and the bronco was very comfortable and performed great. Not a hiccup.
