Yeah, what are those plugs for?
might help if the OP cleaned up the wires and identifies the color code on the wires and then proceed to a wiring diagram to see what they don't go to.

OP if you look in the area of the 2nd picture, that is under the master / booster?, I think you may find a 2nd wire there not going to anything.
In the first picture on the other side of the firewall where do the wires go to? I dont think my truck has that one.
edit: I just checked my pictures and I do not have anything there.
See that screw just under the throttle cable? There should be a 10 ga wire on it to the block like back of head or intake bolt.
This takes the ground from the block and grounds the cab.

I think C332 is a mistake. I can't find that connector anywhere in the ignition wiring diagrams. It would not be the first time. Ford literature is full of typos.
