Will you tell me a proven fuel pump without the filter included inside the pump ?
The truck has one installed now that looks exactly like the one the previous owner installed .
I want to use a inline clear filter between the pump & the carburetor, not the fuel pump filter
I have been looking online for hours & am almost cross-eyed from looking
I am sure many of you guys use a non-fuel filter pump
Uh, why would you want to get rid of a very good filter with a lot of surface area to catch particles in the gas? It is just like using a smaller oil filter. Do you want to do that? You can put a small inline filter anywhere before the pump, and one after the pump in the line. Or use a dent inline filter screw-in filter at the carb fuel line connection. Any dent or Early Bronco 302 fuel pump for your engine won't have the filter attached.
Bought a Carter fuel pump ,Sunday , installed Tuesday , runs like a sewing machine , SOUNDS LIKE a STOCK CAR
FINALLY ..........
NOW all the other little forgotten fixes needing finished................
Oh runs sooooooooooooo gooooooooooooood , sooooooooooo happyyyyyyyyyyy
THANK-YOU ALL
