2022 clunk down shifting

2022 clunk down shifting
I read a couple threads from quite a few years back but not recent. I have a f350 DRW 4x4. When I’m pulling a trailer in tow mode, when the trucks shifts from 3rd to 2nd gear there’s like a clunk. Doesn’t matter how heavy or light the load. It does not do it in normal drive mode. 25k miles on truck. I think it’s in the rear end and not tranny. Anyone experienced this and know what the cause is?

Mine only does it with the engine brake on. Sounds like there is a TSB on it but doesn't always help.

Mine only does it with engine brake on as well. I'll get it back into the dealer at some point. Took 5 months to get it in last time.
