ok, i got a guy that is offering to give me a hard bed cover off of his truck. i have an 03 f150 step side and his is an 01 king ranch, i think that is what it is called. will his cover fit on my bed? i dont have access to his truck right now to measure it, so i figured i would ask here. does anyone know if this will fit?

does his king ranch have a stepside(flareside) or is it a styleside, or is it a Supercrew. If he has a flareside you are all set it will fit. They didnt change the demensions on the bed at all during those years.

Ask him if he has a stepside(flareside), if he doesnt then it wont fit.

BTW -- a King ranch is just a package you can get on the 150s all it is is defferent leather and a lariat interior, with some different styled wheels, and logos on the outside of the truck.

thanks, i dont think he has the stepside. i will find out though. it is a super crew i believe. i think i am going to miss out on a free cover. oh well, i want a cap anyways.

Supercrew will NOT fit a stepside.

 

thanks bss. he also offered me the brush guard that he has. i dont think this will fit either because he said it mounts to the tow hooks in the front and i dont have tow hooks. unless the tow hooks mount to the frame. anyone know about this?
