6.0 engine swap.
I’ve got a 2006 F-350 6.0 I’ve taken the motor out. I have a wrecked 2003 F-350 6.0 I’ve got the motor out of it getting ready to put it in the 2006. Am I gonna have to change the whole wiring harness and all the computers to make it work? Thanks in advance for any help.

I can't comment about the ECM or the FICM tunes, but the glow plug module (GPCM) is the same. Pretty sure the only difference with the harness is the location of the ICP. The 06 harness won't have the plugs for the throttle body, but those don't matter as they don't do anything on the 03 either.
