I am getting p306 codes but sometimes also get p307 code. I am thinking this can not be good since these
cylinders are right next to each other. Replaced coil packs and wires. Have not replaced plugs yet because
thinking both cylinder 6 and 7 would not likely go bad at same time. What do you think can be the likely issues?
Inspecting / Replacing the spark plugs is what you should do first
There is a whole lot to it. (engine miss on a 5.4)
Consider doing a compression test on both those cylinders
If you are lucky, the plugs are just worn out or fouled
Unlucky cam is flat or the followers are worn broken etc.
Consider pulling the valve covers for further inspection
