2005 5.4 triton throwing p0358 code. Truck when I bought it was throwing three of these spark codes, so I put in new coil plugs and sparks but this keeps seeming to pop up for cylinder C. Any ideas where this is coming from?
I checked injector with test light and was get the pulsing light while truck was running so I'm assuming not injector... where to go from here. Is this going to be an issue with a driver in the cpu? Think I should take it to a shop to hook up a fancy reader get some readings? Thanks.
I got sick of my '99 5.4 misfiring and replacing those stupid plugs all the time. I swapped in MSD 'Blaster' coils and iridium plugs and haven't had an issue since.

I dont see how because ANY spark plug or COP other than a real Motorcraft will throw codes or go bad on these trucks

Well, since the ALL of these trucks left the factory with those parts, I guess then there would never be any need to ever replace any of those parts (except for routine/scheduled maintenance) if your statement were to be correct.
