Well having technical issues this morning.....
I pulled this Dana 60 and springs out of a 71-72 f 250.what was the intended purpose of the rear spring hangers.
Was this uncommon?
I don't see parts listed for replacements on the parts stores websites
What parts are you looking for? These are the same hangars that I have on my 1970 F-250 CS that came with the flex-o-matic from the factory. I installed poly bushings and the correct kit will have all of the bushings required to refresh. I believe that the rubber pieces where the front bracket sits over the springs are available as well. I never looked for any of the steel pieces as mine cleaned up with a mild sand blast.
Thank you.ore interested in details then anything. I intend to use the rear end for a 51 1951 f3.. doubt I will use the springs.
was this a commonset up?
