I have a suggestion: The threads with unread posts are bold while the others are non-bold. When spinning through the threads, it is sometimes hard to tell which are which easily, especially if there is a page of mixed read and unread. Here's an example of the same section with unread and read:
If it were mine to do, I'd make the bold ones white instead of light gray, and I'd change the thread starter to the same dark gray as in: "CathedralCub on 01-32-2099"
Still, even if left this way, it is a lot better than burn-your-retinas white.
Hmm, well it's not Firefox as I just checked it on my end and the three dots are there. Do you have a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the browser window? If so slide it over to the right.

Windows dark screens of death have been banned for a decade here.
I do NOT see a toggle in the top right corner
full top of screen, I have a 17" wide screen, and I have to use 240% Zoom to even see the print, 100% is a faint line.

I turned OFF all of the extensions, and that did not make any difference at all.

I am now in dark mode, and my eyes are very thankful.
at 80, and with Cataract Lens replacements, bright lights are a KILLER.......

My feedback - I generally prefer dark mode when reading as it is easier on the eyes. I like that you've added this option!
I do find it hard to read the topic list however - those bright grid lines are very distracting and make it harder to see the individual items. Can you make them dimmer maybe?
One piece of feedback, in dark mode the emboldening of unread topics doesn't make them stand out well enough. I would do something more distinct like change their color or maybe have that cell's background color the lighter gray used in the neighboring columns.
