If you are not versed in body and fender your best choice is your favorite body shop.
I got a quote to do some minor body work and a repaint 3 or 4 years ago and balked at the price then. Bad choice on my part as prices have gone up. I'm not a body and fender guy but I am considering learning...
If you study the passenger door which still works, you will see as you open the door, the front edge of the door dives in behind the front fender. If for some reason the front fender gets pushed in too far, they hit each other. If for some reason the front of the door is pushed out, they will also hit each other. They have to be lined up good to work. Of course as you found out, once they hit each other, they get bent and make the situation worse than it was before.
I would loose the top rear bolt on the front fender, and the lower rear bolt, and see if you can pull the fender out away from the truck. You may have to loose a few more fender bolts. If you can get it pulled out, then you can carefully open the door and see if it will go past the fender.
You could always take an evening auto body course at your local votech school. Or, you might be able to volunteer your truck for the students to repair if you don't have the time or means to do the class your self.
My body guy fixed the door in ten minutes...new paint later....all good for now...
That's good! I hit a pothole on interstate 10 in Arizona going the crazy speed limit, like 80 or 85, but the jar moved the fender back where it was hitting the door. I did what Franklin said loosened up the fender a bit and put it back in place. Then I could open my door too. Was gonna mention that but as usual Dave beat me to it.
