Use of???
See pic, on right head of a 239
there are two screw in ports, I know one is for the Temp sensor but what is the other port for?

Heater hose. Hose goes from head to heater, then the return hose goes from heater to water pump.

Thank you, so if i don't have a heater at this time cna I just block this off?

Yes. Be sure to block off the port on the water pump, too, or you'll have a mess.
