Used V10 Engine Value
Trying to decide if the value of a used 05 V-10 Engine with approx 150K is worth repairing and reselling. Long story short, had a occasional cylinder 3-4 misfire code on cold starts that appears to be the beginning of a head gasket leak after much testing. Found an engine with under 100K and decided to have it swapped and now trying to decide if it is worth paying the core charge to keep the old and try selling it as is or after repairing it. Suggestions?
