I installed a hydro off a ‘04 super duty…I believe that was year. I used adapter plate made by battleborn brakes. For my particular setup I did have to add an additional set of washers to add a little more stand-off length for the rod, where it attaches to the brake pedal. The brakes were dragging very lightly before I added the washers. Otherwise straight forward. I bent new lines using copper nickel as it is very easy to work with. Used a new proportioning valve I got from CPP for disc/disc setup since I have 4 wheel disc. Brakes like a modern truck. I can’t comment on the PS but I hear Saginaw is the way to go for stock setups. I have a coyote swapped setup using KRC power steering and no issues. I used Mercon V for PS fluid.
