dash lights

I can not seem to locate the problem with my dash lights not working. The bulbs are fine the wiring seems to be fine as well, is there somewhere else I should be checking before I lose my mind?

EDIT:

Truck is an 89 F350
SORRY

I've had the most confusing problems caused by a loose strap from the dash to ground
this wasn't on a ford, but I'd still make sure all ground connections were good first
