it doesn’t happen in 00 or the 1023 tunes. Only does it with the stage 1 tuning from PHP extended library. I’ve watched icp and ipr and fuel and they are all fine in any of the tunes. But soon as I switch to any of the php tunes I can feel the misfire and hear it.

I just remember there being another VRAA that I tried before that someone suggested and it worked fine.

No matter what base calibration is used, it's not going to cause what's going on with yours now JUST because of the base calibration. It was probably VRAA7S5 (PMT2) which is similar to the VRAA6S3 (PMT1) you have now save for a few torque converter clutch apply/release differences. There are other changes, but nothing you'll notice just driving it.
