It seems like the ground connection is good. Just occurred to me I actually didn't check the fuse box. Probably cause my dealer said "fuse was bad the passenger seat wouldn't work either". But is that really so? Page 321 of the owner manual mention just one fuse for climate control, fuse# 55. Which goes along with what the dealer says. I'm currently traveling without my truck, but would you advise to look at the fuse?
Had some chocolate that got melted and clogged up some of the vent holes in the seat, and I found the little dental picks that look like a small pipe cleaner worked really well to clean out the holes.
