Not sure why there isn't more usage or info on this product. After seeing the project farm on it I was sold. I used it in my Excursion V10 with a fresh oil change and noticed an immediate difference, the largest being engine braking (off throttle gliding). It seemed to just glide along, and the engine seemed quieter and smoother. It was jsut after a 200mile seafoam oil treatment though so that might have helped a lot.
I plan to get a 7.3 powerstroke very soon and would like to try it, but I won't really have a basis for comparison. My assumption is that it should help coat and protect the injector components, but I am not experienced at all here.
