Free stereo

This is up for grabs if anyone wants it for parts. It works. The “1” as in 103.5 doesn’t work, it needs a new bulb, and the plastic is broken, see pic.

Now just need to hit up some pick and pulls to see if I can find a LCD display to fix the 100 mhz display. At least for time being hole in dash be plugged off.

Good luck! I started taking it apart. Based off of YouTube and google research all you need to do is clean the contacts for the lcd. I dove into it to do exactly that and it wasn’t as easy as I thought. It seemed to me like you would have to disassemble the entire radio to get to where you need to. Lemme know how it goes.

I wonder if the lcd off of that radio that was given to you will work. Also, I think you’ll need the plastic piece that supports the back of the radio. In my truck it screws into the center post at the back.
