Help with value 1966 F100

Hello, I just recently got this truck and I am considering selling it. I have been told it was a one-owner vehicle (before I bought it). I am looking for help to see what a fair asking price would be for it. This truck appears to be mostly original. It has a 352 engine in it which I presume is the original engine but with headers, a new intake manifold, and a carb. The engine turns over. There have been a few slight modifications but the truck has no rust or major body damage. The interior, with the exception of the headliner, appears to be original. Original paint. Dual fuel tanks. This truck spent its life on a farm in Southern California where I picked it up. Let me know what you think:

Looks like a solid truck that will be a great project for someone. No idea on current prices in Southern CA really. I do see a lot of old trucks listed for sale for what I think are crazy high prices but I tend to think most of them never sell at those prices.

Interesting brake line routing in the rear

If the body is straight and rust free (cabin mounts, floor boards, bed,...) ~$5000. More depends on the engine and transmission. Clutch seems to be shot, driveshaft is out... for a reason? Check local Craigslist and Facebook marketplace. Prices strongly depends on the area.

What did you pay for it? You obviously thought that was a fair price or you wouldn't have bought it. If you are just going to flip it the way you bought it you are not going to make any money. If you get it running and drivable depending on your skills and not having to pay to get the work done you may make a few dollars.
