I have a 2019 F250 6.7 I haul a slide-in truck camper. I'm installing a rear Hellwig sway bar to dampen the crazy roll. I'm wondering if I should be installing the front as well. Help from anyone with actual experiance would be vey much appreciated.

In your post you said you were installing a front sway bar then asked if you should add a front one. I’m assuming you added a rear one and are asking about the front. I believe all super duties come with a factory front sway bar so I wouldn’t add an aftermarket one.
I just put that same rear sway bar on my 2021 F-350. I've noticed a nice difference just driving around town but haven't hooked up a load yet, so can't comment there. I'm sure it's going to help out a lot once hooked up. Also as others have mentioned, the truck comes with a sway bar in the front by default. No need to replace it unless you want additional stiffness, want 37" tires without rubbing, or you want adjustable linkage.
This truck has the camper package with the overload spring, essentially making it a 350. The only reason I didn't get the 350 instead of 250, is that These trucks are already too high and with my truck camper giving me a 12' 2" clearance, I don't want the 350 that sits on 4"blocks. I have also installed TorkLift Upper Stableloads. The overload spring is contacted and becomes effect as soon as I put some weight on it. When not loaded it is not contacted. In addition to this I have installed AirLift XL 7500 airbags that take up the ONLY 2" of sag, restoring the truck to stock ride height with only 40psi in the bags. My issue is the excessive body roll with this type of load. I think I have answered my own question and have already ordered the front sway (anti-roll) bar. I guess I just needed to hear myself talk this out. I do all my own work and don't take anything to a camper place.

The stock front sway bar is puny and tubular. The Hellwig is 1.33" and solid 4130 steel

Although not your concern, you are still 1 leaf short of an F-350 pack (4 vs 5), also, the 2019 F-350 uses the same 3.25" block that your 250 has. No height difference between the two. It does sound like the sway bar will address your only concern.

Thank you for pointing out the spring pack differnce. I also thought it sat on different blocks. So, one leaf is making all that height difference?

There is no height difference. In fact Ford specs show the F-250 as being the higher of the two, by a tiny bit. The previous steel body gen had the 250 and 350 on different blocks and the height difference was very noticeable.
I have a 2019 F350 and I also have a slide-in camper. Running Toyo MT's 35" x 12.5" x 18's with a 4" lift.No rubbing whatsoever.
Installed a Hellwig on the rear as well as replacing the original sway bar on the front.
Difference in sizing between the two is pretty noticeable.
