So the appearance between stock and Hellwig is noticeable. But what about the ride?
Would I benefit from a rear sway bar? I pull a 36' 5th wheel with a Reese Gooseneck. I have AirLift bags but am thinking I may get too much sway (wiggle) when they are at 60 psi; and sometimes I can't even tell the difference between 10psi and 60psi.

A rear anti-roll bar is a BIG help when towing a 5er in heavy winds. The air bags will not control the roll axis if they are on the SAME pressure line. If on the same line, they can actually make it worse.
I find the air bags to be great at bringing the truck up to a level ride height, but do experience a lot of sway. Got both stock anti-roll bars off the truck today. Huge difference between the stock an Hellwig rear bar. The front will be here this week. Can't wait to get a load on and test ride.
Seeing how I just put the same Hellwig rear bar on my truck last weekend (I didn't have the stock), seeing the OEM one, I would have done the same as you and swapped it out. I'm really considering purchasing the front sway bar too now.
Question on your rear Hellwig sway bar - did the sway bar mount on the inside or outside of the end links?

I haven't installed the Hellwig yet. I will be doing that tomorrow morning. The instructions show them on the inside. How did your install go? It looks pretty straightforward.

The installation was a little more tedious than I originally expected, but I also like detailed instructions, which the instructions they ship are not. I'm not a mechanic by trade either, so that probably didn't help.
Overall it took around 90 minutes to finish. Used a bungee cord to hold the sway bar in place while I got the fasteners started. Be careful of the various lines across the axle.
This is why I need a sway(anti-roll)bar. I just think it makes sense to change both. Originally, I was just going to replace the rear. The front doesn't seem to be as small as some have described. Also, the front is not tubular as some have said. It is solid and seems robust enough. I couldn't imagine how something like this could have been tubular. I will put the Hellwig on anyway.

My air bags are on separate lines and I still think that they contribute to sway. I am only running 40 psi. Air bags are not meant to control sway or add weight capacity. They are only for leveling the ride height, which they do very well.
Finally completed the instal of both front and rear Hellwig Sway Bars the other day. Took the rig for a good test drive yesterday. What a HUGE difference!! The truck is glued to the road with only some minor roll and no more of that crazy oscillating. I want to thank everyone for offering comments. Thank You!
