Temp Control in Cab
My 1998 Ford Ranger 4x4 small V6 5 speed - lost control of the cab temp - stuck on hot. What is going to be involed? Ford dealer suggested $250 part and 7-8 hrs labor - around $800. I'm looking for a cheep fix. 100k miles

I have the exact same problem with my 98. I've not resolved it yet, my blend door actuator looked good, so I don't know what it is. I've only been able to work on it here and there. When you figure it out, would you mind posting what you found. Thanks.
