Coins. Or I was going to say shotgun shells, 410, 20 gauge and 12 gauge, but really it's for coins.

Is there a actual coin sorter that slides in or I just slide the coins into it?

You are the coin sorter. They are different sizes. Slide the coins into the appropriate slot.

Just going out on a limb here, was EZ-Pass already a thing when you got your driver's license? It was just starting to be adopted when I got mine, and more times than I can count I avoided toll roads not because I couldn't afford them, but because I didn't have the exact change needed to pay the toll.

Cigarettes, guys.

We got the smoker windows, we got the ash trays. This was a very good invention for the time.

Change my mind.

On my '97 that's where I have the trailer brake controller. There's probably enough room to slip a pack of smokes on top of the controller.

He's not talking about the cubby hole per say, he's talking about the top of it where coins go, my 95 has them in the arm rest/seatback.
