6.4 Warm up Issue
Hi there , I have a 6.4 (2008) H&S Tuner on tow , deleted , S&B CAI 225 000km. The truck through the spring , summer and fall run's great but as the weather gets colder it is unhappy. I had it sitting at a farm the last 3 months and picked it up today -10 celcius or 14 Fahrenheit and it started great , idled for a couple minutes with a slight exhaust haze.
After a couple minutes it starts smoking quite bad (white) smells like fuel , for about 5 minutes and then clears up and goes to fast idle (approx 1000 rpm) and is fine , anyone ever encounter this? Trying to borrow a scanner but no CEL at the moment , took it for a 20 mile drive and no smoke and runs great.
