I mentioned this in another thread but wanted to see if y’all have ran across this and your advise.
I did a build and sent to dealer last week. Paid $500 fee, signed doc and provided DL. Got email from Ford on the order confirmation today. The order was wrong and not what I enter.
I ordered f250 6.7 CCLB platinum. Star white, dark Marsala interior, cab lights, block heater. Confirmation was short bed, Oxford white black onyx. Got the star white fixed and long bed fixed. They are telling me the order bank doesn’t allow dark Marsala interior for job 1 and it’s job 2 only. I told them that’s fine just change it and make it job 2. They said they can’t and there will be a separate order bank for job 2.
What’s the deal? Tremor option, black package etc isn’t available on the ford site but I see people saying they ordered tremor. Should I keep as is and tell them move to job 2 or what? I was under impression all high trims were job 2 anyway.

If you read in the email, it says "Please note: The list below does not include all packages and optional features."
That being said, the email did list some of my options correctly, but left out others. But none were incorrect. Hope this helps. If I were you, I'd confirm with your dealer just in case.

I'm confused, Dark Marsala is no where in the order guide, and being that the interior colors match that of the f150 for the last 2 years, I highly doubt it's coming. where did you hear about Dark Marsala being available in 2023??

I bet the designers of the build and price copied that over from the 22s and never reviewed it. Chalk it up with all the other errors within the B/P tool. Given that the order guide doesn't mention Dark Marsala seats and the f150s don't offer it (considering it will be the same interior) I wouldn't expect to see it in a 2023.
