For non-winter months I have summer carpeted mats that are nice quality for my current F150 SuperCrew. They were in the truck when I bought it. Nice thick carpeted mats. No tags. Getting a little worn. Tried to find brand new replacements. The Ford ones I got were thinner and looked much cheaper too.
Fast forward Im ordering new F250 Crew. Is there higher quality carpeted mats either Ford or aftermarket out there ?
For winter currently Ive had WeatherTech and Husky and prefer the Husky. Im open on looking at other for winter too.
So does anyone besides Ford make premium carpet mats for the SD Crew cab like WeatherTech and Husky do with the winter mats ?
Speculation here, but I'm thinking not, or that they're rather rare in comparison to their tray-liner cousins. I only say this because you've got no replies thus far, and I know I only failed to post prior because I didn't have the answer you wanted. I'm happy to give your thread a bump though, in hopes someone can help you.
Carid.com lists some aftermarket carpet mats. I don’t know they’re quality though.
Also, for winter mats, I’ve always favored the heavy rubber Weathertech mats (it’s what I currently have) as I’ve found the more form fitting mats from Weathertech and Huskyliners eventually deform and/or the spikes on the underside wreak havoc on the carpet. But, I just installed some Tuxmats in my Audi and I’m super impressed. Coverage is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Now thinking about swapping out my Weathertechs in my Super Duty.

I have the tuxmats in my 350 and they are the best mats I have ever owned
Those Tuxmat’s do look nice! Helps protect door sills as well.
EastMark, I can only go by what’s in my 2011 SuperDuty (new one on order), the factory carpet mats are very good and held in place with plastic pieces that are imbedded in floor carpet. I ordered the carpet mats again, but the commercial truck manager said the new Ford plastic “slush” mats are very good quality.
Wow. Great looking mats. Like them a lot. So do these come padded look AND carpet inlay as show in the split photo here ?
There’s no carpet with the Tuxmats. The best way I can explain it is that they have the thickness and padding of corrugated cardboard, but are definitely not cardboard. They have a multilayered construction with a waterproof textured vinyl on the top and bottom with a fabric binding around the edges.
Quality look and customer service too. I got this response for a carpeted mats inquiry in 2 hours !
""Thank you for your interest in TuxMat. While we carry floor mats for the 2023 Ford F250 SuperCrew, they are only available in our original three-layer design: a heavy-duty vinyl outer layer, an EVA inner layer, and anti-slip bottom layer. Customization is not available at this time.""
So....I will order them once I get scheduled !
I will look at Fords current carpeted versions quality next time in the dealer. They may come with them actually. ?
