Source for replacement PCM

Hey 7.3 gang. Someone before me put a hurtin on the edge connector on my PCM and my Hydra wouldn't work so I added some solder to the contacts to beef them up a bit, but then trying to clean them up one of the contacts came up off the board. I had been planning to put my Bitterroot 160/30 injectors in next Saturday but I guess I'm suffering yet another setback. Where can I get another PCM so I can run a tuner for my single shots?

Sigh yet another brutally expensive screw up. And of course I have the code they want the core first on....

Look on fleaby. I bought a backup PCM for my E99 there a couple of years ago.

Having it fixed by Diesel Tech Chattanooga would probably be the first option I'd try. If not he can probably sell you a replacement.

Yeah I think this is the route. Just going to set me back far enough it might be December before I can get everything together finally and have time to complete my project.

DTC got back to my email and pointed out they offer edge connector repair at $35 + $10 for every lifted contact they fix. Hope for project budget is restored! Timeline...we'll see.

I can only add they were great with my problem and have only praises for them.

will do. They emailed to say they received my PCM Monday but hadn't gotten to work on it at that point. No word since so I guess its just wait my turn time. Might have time to work on my BMW this weekend instead.
