99 V10 Heads

I have a 1999 F250 with a V10. Few years ago I had a spark plug blow out. I used the cheap insert and it worked great. 2 years ago I had another blow out. So I took it to a shop and had them replace all 10 with inserts. Seemed to work great till a month ago. On a trip and blew one out. Insert and all. The shop that did the work said theres one more larger insert to try and they dont know if it will hold or not. I am going to try it. My question is are there newer style heads without this issue that arent incredibly expensive? I wonder if I should just change them both out and hopefully stop this issue. If I can use newer heads do I need to change anything else? Like intake or?

What insert did they use?

Timesert works well

Lock-n-stitch is the best

What type of inserts were used? Hopefully not helicoils - they won't hold up.
Timesert makes a special repair insert to repair a helicoil blowout.
Are the plugs being torqued to 25 ft-lbs?
The OEM plugs were 17 ft-lbs, which isn't enough to totally stop them from working loose after 100k.
Haven't heard of any newer style heads that don't have this issue.
There are newer "long" thread heads, but I've read reports of plug blowouts with those, too, just takes longer.
Change plugs/boots at 50k, torque them to 25 ft-lbs and you shouldn't have any more problems.
