Will newer heads fit on 99V10?

Will newer heads fit on 99V10?
I have a 99 V10 and it seems to me that the whole HP and torque issue is resolved in the heads. I wonder what it would take to pull heads off a parts rig and put them on my 99? Are thare any issues? Has anyone done this?

You could probably get away with changing cams rather than the heads.Comp cams makes them for the v10.
