I would like to know also. I had the origional one done over a year ago and mileage has really suffered.
What was the date yours was done?
If 20E07 was done prior to July 2021 they should have called you back in to do 21E14. July 2021 till now, 20E07 is the only recall performed. The same one still being done today. There is no new or replacement emissions recall that I am aware of.
Dealer is showing that my 19 had never been reflashed, although after my first oil pan re seal I noticed my fan kicking on more on start up,even in cold weather.so now I have a recall letter, and was wondering if there is anything negative to new flash.

When was the oil pan re seal done?
It is the same program that's been done since July 2021, so there are quite a few owners who have experience with it. My own experience has been that there was a drop in MPG initially, but that went back to normal within a relatively short period of time. My opinion on that is, there are several modules that get reset (not opinion), so there may be a relearning period for some time after the reflash. I haven't noticed any other obvious differences after the reprogram.

I don’t have my paperwork handy right now,but first time was around April 2021.then done again around the same time this year.right after the first re seal is when I noticed the fan coming on at start up
I got recall notice 2OEO7 and called dealer for appointment as my registration was due. service guy checked my vin and said it did not apply. got new reg. no problem.
I just received my recall letter, 20E07, this week on my 2018 F350. I think I will wait to have it done as the truck runs fine now and I'd hate for this update to screw something up.

I had 20E07 applied a couple weeks ago. I don't know if it was that update or other factors, but my MPG has improved a bit. But that's just one tank of fuel while towing (except for about 80 miles). A couple more while towing will be more conclusive.
I have to do the smog thing where I live in CA every two years. I took my 2017 in back in July and had no problem. I wonder if this recall will affect it next time. The truck runs so good, I hate to do something that would have a negative impact. I hope to hear from more owners who have done the recall.

following, I just got same letter, and I hate to mess with something that works this good.
