67 highboy trans swap
Hey all I am switching my 67 250 highboy to automatic c6 transmission my question is as follows is the splines on the manual output shaft the same as an automatic? So that I might be able to swap the yolks around?

To convert to a C-6 I believe you need to find a FE truck C-6 with a bolt on yolk for a u-joint and short tail shaft housing. Just to be clear your truck has a divorced stye transfer case 3 drivelines not a married type with 2 drivelines? If tour truck id a divorced type I'm not sure that the intermediate drive shafts are same in manual and automatics so may need a new one built. Car C-6 have long tail shaft usually with a splined slip yolk for the drive shaft. Your original 4-speed transmission should have had a u-joint type bolt on yolk for the intermediate drive shaft.
