After pulling apart the whole back seat and all interior panels I can not locate it. My wife drove me around for an hour as I pressed on everything that I could see. Sounds like it is coming from inside the body in the very bottom right corner. Maybe two pieces of paneling rubbing together or something. Made an appt with the dealer and hoping they will be able to locate it. Truck only has 10,000 miles on it…hoping the will be able to fix it but my hopes are not high.

I have a 22 CC and intermittent creaking noise when going over moderately rough pavement. I believe it’s the drivers side black plastic key pad molding rubbing on the window frame. Comes and goes but is most prominent when the sun shines on it and heats it up.

I am able to replicate the noise (I believe) by pushing on the plastic with my palm.

Haven’t found a way to stop it yet

Yeah, that's when you turn back around and go to the service writer or the tech and tell him to come ride along with you so you can show him the rattle.

My 21' XLT F350 CCSB is going to the dealer Monday for a similar noise plus many other rattles and squeaks along with one that will require the body shop to fix. It will also be getting the auto locking hubs replaced for the second time. I'd rather pay the difference to upgrade to Warn hubs rather than replacing with another the factory set. Put me in the category of wishing I kept my 2016 higher mileage truck. As much as I like this new truck quality so far is abysmal. I do have an excellent dealer identifying the issues and doing everything they can so I'm not taking it out on them. Good luck with yours.

Have they diagnosed the noise or are they still trying to find it. If you can, will you let me know what they find?

It's going in on Monday. I will update on what they find. There are a alot of noises inside the cab. I seem to have three very different rattles/creaks/squeaks/ticks or whatever they manifeset themselves as. Mine does tend to get a creaking from top door inserts along at the bottom of the window. I know these noises can be decieving from what you hear to where they actually end up coming from. I'm interested to find out, too.
