Check the material between the cab and bed. It's glued onto the cab and mine came loose at 1200 miles and clicked for about 300 miles ona trip till I couldn't stand it anymore
the material/insulation came loose and was flapping making the noise. Check it and let up know
I have a 2022 F350 crew cab with a rattle from the rear passenger area. It sounds like a clicking noise when going over bumps. I have tried going through and tightening all bolts/mounts in the rear, removed everything from the rear seat, and even rode in the back and I can not locate this noise. Anybody had something similar? Seems to be worse as the truck warms throughout the day.
Any help is appreciated!
Spoiler
Check to see if the jack is stored there, is there on my 2019.

Looks intact. I’m thinking it is something within the body. Panels that’s is rubbing together. I am also going to take the cab vent out to see if that changes anything. Seems like I get a little bit of a rattle from that. Also going to try and see if they will take a look at it under warranty.
Sorry that wasn't it. My wife climbed in the back like 4 times trying to find my noise and mine was outside. I thought for sure my noise was inside, then I noticed the driver side of that material loose when I was getting gas. Mine was at the top driver side but maybe yours is lower? Just make sure because your description is exactly how mine sounded
mine changed with speed too
not my truck but a good pic of the insulation material

I was looking at the small piece of weather stripping not that. Just went out and checked and the drivers side is about half hanging off! Looks like you have to pull the bed to get it off. Did the dealer take care of it for you?
I just pushed mine back on and have not taken it back yet as I have a slide in camper in my bed I'll have to remove first. Now that the season is over I'll pull the camper and have them look at it. I also noticed heat shielding on the floor pb my bed coming off too.

On my 2019 the truck jack is stored under the passenger rear seat, might want to check that.

7.3 my truck was built after the recall but yes doing the same thing
Oh ok, so warranty it will be.
It is weird, in one recall report I read they claimed that trucks built after the affected dates don't have the heat shielding in that location. Something about using a thermal patch under the carpet instead.
