The wife and I are about to go on our third camping trip and everytime we go, we seem to add more stuff. What do you guys use to tie stuff down in the rear 6 feet? The area where the seats pop up is used primarily for our 67 pound dog, so all I'm looking for is tie down hooks or something to secure stuff like Rubbermaid Action Packers and fold out chairs,
I was thinking of purchasing a couple of E- tracks for each side of the floor and then securing the stuff with tie straps.
Thanks.
Why do you need to strap it down? Not like its gonna fly out. For our Christmas trips we use the clear Costco bins, they nest nicely in the lids and two of them on top of each other come just below the tops of the 2nd row, meaning stuff can be placed on top and not slide around too much.

Do you not have the 4 factory tie down eyes on the rear floor? For light stuff there was a cargo net too, which connects to the tie downs.

Thanks for the response. Yes I do, but they are inboard and only take care of the first 4’ of space.
I like your mat that covers all the way up to the back seats.
I’m thinking some E-Tracks like the ones I see on race trailers. I’ve got a lot of stuff. Too much for the four (4) hooks and net.
You must have the Weathertech liner for the back. Tough as heck! Tie down to the floor or around the spare tire. Like was said long as the door is closed it'll be there when you get there.
I vote for E track or X track. You can bolt it to the floor pan using lag bolts. Just make sure to check underneath where you’re drilling so you don’t hit the wiring harness or other sensitive items.
I use similar in my camper conversion. I adapted old seatbelts instead of tie-downs because they disconnect and re-secure easily. I just attached them to the E track clips.
