Died while driving and crank no start p1280 code

The truck is a 1997 f350 7.3 powerstroke with a zf-5. Mods are a s&b intake 3 inch down pipe with a 4 inch straight pipe, it has baby swamp 160 injectors and a jelibuilt tuned hydra. I was driving the other day drove an hour to the store shut it off and when i got back in it started fine. I took off and 5 minutes later I was sitting at a light and it started to idle very rough. I gave it a lot of throttle took off from the light got up to speed and it lost all power and I coasted into a parking lot and it died. I used my cts3 monitor to pull codes and got a p1280, p0340 and a p0472 code. I blew out the connection to the cps and it got rid of the p0340 and the p0472 but left the p1280. When I tried to start it it started running rough and died a couple seconds later. Now it won't start but there is some white smoke coming from the tailpipe. I have replaced the icp sensor with a dorman sensor, replaced the icp with a motorcraft sensor. The wts light comes on, it has fuel in the bowl, when I crank it the monitor reads 220ish rpm, the ipr duty cycle is at 34-38 percent spiking to 54 percent then coming back down, the icp pressure is 2600-2800, and the batteries are fully charged I left them on the charger all night. I checked the the uvcwh and all the pins look fine except the passenger front pin with is a little burnt. I also tried staring it with the icp unplugged same deal. I am still new to working on a diesel so if I missed any information let me know and any advice is welcome! Thanks for any help.
