Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and have a question. I have a 1967 F-100 with 40k original miles, I purchased the truck from the original owner in 1996. Last registered the vehicle in 1999, and it has been sitting ever since. I want to make it all modern with a 5.0 coyote and 10 speed auto trans, and a modern chassis. I would like to buy a complete running driving chassis from Fat Fender Garage, and swap all my metal over to it. Has anyone used them? and have any experience with them?
Me personally, if it really has 40k original I would do that work to another truck. They are only original once. I have no input on Fat Fender, never heard of them.
I think Fat Fender is a little over priced when it comes to their full frame chassis. Compare prices to them and Roadster Shop, Scott's Hot Rods, TCI. My frame was build by Acme Chassis. Acme was local when I had my chassis built, but they have moved to Houston, Tx. I have a Gen 3 Coyote and a 10R80. Be mindful of the accessory drive kit you get to make sure it will clear the chassis. Power by The Hour is pretty good for all things Coyote swap.

Thanks.
FF G is a local place and I have had direct dealings with owner jason. That would be the last place on earth I would buy a chassis from.
RoadsterShop as mentioned would be a much better place.
New chassis and driveline will set you back a good 50k you are willing to spend that much on truck?
Why not just buy a super low mile donor truck (2018-24) for a fraction of the cost and have a boatload of more features? use the full chassis and full electronics. Do it for fraction of cost.

Not sure if you bought a chassis yet as this post is 2 years old but check out Tim Roper at Comet Fab. He built me a custom chassis with the S550 Mustang front and rear suspension. He's reasonably priced, actually better priced than most of the others mentioned above. I'm putting a Godzilla in mine. Here's a pic of my chassis with his body, Coyote, etc mocked up at the F100 show earlier this year in Pigeon Forge, TN
