blowing smoke and missing
i have a 93 250 4x4 7.3 idi auto with 200k now the trucks smokes and runs ruff, when i'm going down the highway accerating no smoke but when back off or back peddeling its smokes whitest-blue and when i'm cruzing with the cruise on its chuggs and feels like its missing i just changed the fuel filter and the oil and i notice that the cooling is getting low, half gallon in a month

When did you notice coolant loss,before or after the oil change? If it was after have you looked for oil in water or water in oil?Is the ip orignal.Coolant loss could be a # of things 1 head gasketts 2 oil cooler or 3 dreaded cavatation.Or if you got a horse shoe tucked away somewhere. ..a leak,like maybe the heater core or a hose.
