Wondering if anyone knows the name of the color gray the XLT model used for the rocker panels? Here’s a picture of mine, wanting to match the roof bedliner with the rockers.
If you are buying the Bedliner from and auto body supply store they should be able to scan the paint to do a color match. They will have a handheld scanner to come up with the exact color match. The factory color probably will not be an exact match to what is on your truck due to 17+ years of sun fade.
Thanks, yeah I like the color a lot, I’m sure it has faded and I can see where the edges have lightened up. I would definitely spray the moldings as well with whatever color they made to make them match.
I decided though I am going to match the red by submitting the paint code to raptor liner. With as tall as the truck is, plus the roof rack I am going to put over it, I doubt anyone will ever even notice.
