You need to check your door jam sticker. Look for the words "Exterior Paint Colors" below. Right above it (not below!) is the color code. You would think the color code would be 54D. But the actual color code is ABOVE the words and is 19.
My Ex has a sticker just like this, and since my Ex was a single color, I only had one color code. I would not be surprised if you had two listed.
You could also have something like this:
In this case, you see the two color codes...
